  • Flows = Barebones: Their email automation flows were bringing in decent revenue, but they were no where near perfect. We saw a huge opportunity in improving their existing flows & building out new post-purchase Flows.

  • No Offer Testing: Even with a "back in stock" season approaching, Aria Lattner never thoroughly tested their Welcome Offer. We knew this would be one of the biggest opportunities for bringing in new customers to their email list.

  • Inconsistent Campaigns: They were sending emails on an ad-hoc basis... This "firing from the hip" type of email strategy led to a suboptimal engagement rate (ie. Click-Through-Rate was low).
